Wreaths Across America Ceremony

At the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell

Saturday, December 15th, 2012


Join thousands of volunteers, Veterans and Active duty Military across America, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Iraq, Afghanistan, American National Cemeteries on Foreign Soil and Naval Flag Ships around the World. Become part of history in the placing of Holiday Wreaths at 1 of over 450 National Cemeteries and Veteran Monuments.

Hosted by the U.S. Military Vets M/C.

On Saturday, wreaths will arrive at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell at approximately 10:00 am with a Police and Motorcycle Escort from Lakeland. Wreaths will be available for gravesite placement shortly there after. If you want to place a Wreath on a grave marker please be there at or around 9:45 am. Wreaths will go fast.

If you are unable to place a wreath in the morning , please meet us at the Flag Assembly area at 11:00 am. For the Holiday Wreath Laying Ceremony which will start at 11:30. This ceremony begins at Arlington and across America at the same time.

*Note* If you are not able to attend, please participate by taking a moment of silence at the noon hour on December 12th, to reflect on the sacrifices made and given, by those who will not be home for the holidays. The Men and Women of our Armed Forces.
